Founder of PHPG

Rudolph Moise, DO, is the founder and leader of Primary Health Physician Group. Dr. Moise’ unique combination of medical and business experience has made PHPG one of the fastest growing managed services organization. The business team behind Dr. Moise has a wealth of industry experience in managed care contracting, data analysis, financial analysis and business development. The physicians that are a part of PHPG represent some of the most well-respected men and women in their respective fields of practice. We utilize economies of scale to enable us to produce across the board cost reductions. We create dedicated specialty networks to allow easy access to premium low cost service providers. We provide statistical data and information to enable our physicians to be even more effective in managing the business aspect of their practice. As Managed Care continues to change, the companies charged to oversee the total network also changes. We are currently operating in South Florida.
